Estate Planning Overview

The attorneys of Law Offices Of Walter J. Zukowski & Associates provide a complete range of legal services to assist our clients in the management of personal assets (including individual estate planning and tax consultation), matters relating to business organizations, retirement planning, guardianships, and planning for the needs of family members with disabilities or other special requirements. We work closely with our clients to draft revocable and irrevocable trusts, insurance trusts, charitable trusts and wills.

In the area of post-death administration of estates and trusts, we represent clients in matters related to: probate, postmortem plans, fiduciary responsibility, tax planning, executor and trustee counseling, and trust and estate disputes.

We routinely confer with other members of the client's support team including care managers, accountants, physicians and financial planners. Our office is focused on the changing needs of our clients. Other services of the firm in this regard include: elder law advice, incapacity planning, and Medicaid planning.
